The LNG dispenser is a metering device designed for LNG-powered vehicles. It typically consists of a vacuum valve box, flow meter, refueling nozzle, return gas nozzle, refueling hose, return gas hose, and billing system. Compressed LNG is delivered to the station via submersible pumps and precisely injected into vehicle LNG cylinders through the refueling nozzle. The system simultaneously monitors and processes vaporized gas , ensuring a safe, efficient, and accurately metered refueling process.
